This company advertised a trial offer for an electronic cigarette  for 10 days all you pay is $5.95 for shipping. (or so you think)



After about 6 days i didn't like the product it wasn't satisfying my cigarette needs. so i called them on the phone with the number supplied by them on the receipt and all i was able to do was leave a message, with no return call back from them. so i went to their support page and opened up a ticket as follows :

Hi, my name is ********** i ordered the trial cigg, i need to return it, so i am not charged the $99 i have been trying to call the phone number on the "contact us" page and all i was able to do is leave messages and not speak to a live person and have not recieved any calls back.

if you could help me with this, I would be very greatfull.

first of all it's not $99.95, but $89.95.
However, we would like to offer you additional $10.00 off if you keep the product plus we will send you free atomizer and pack of cartridges of your choice. 
Ritesmoke 510 is the best ecigarette model on the market. You can confirm this by going to any ecigarrete forum, and doing a simple search for 510 model (aka Joye510).

Its not that i found a better deal, its that the cartridge don't last long enough for me and it dosn't seem to satisfy my nicotine levels, i ended up buying regular cigarettes which stinks, because i was really hoping to slowly quit using this.

You can't be serious on this.
Cartridges are never a problem. You just high up the strength on the nicotine in the cartridge. What did we send you, medium or high strength? remind us how many batteries you have?

Note that you are now over your Risk Free trial period, and payment has been applied to your card. So if you return the kit, we will have to apply 30% restocking fee per Terms and Conditions.

Let us send you a bottle of Juice High strength that you can use to fill the cartridges. It should work for you ok. You can always buy juice liquid which is dirty cheap comparing to the cartridges.

So as you see they messed with me until i was not able to send it back on time

i called my credit card company and was told that they had FORCED the charges through on my card, and that it should have been declined (they told me that forcing a charge through without authorization is a crime) i only use that particular card for the internet and only put money on it when im going to buy something, and since i was returning the item i had not placed any money on it, so my card has a negative balance on it now for the crime they committed , i have not got the money back yet my bank is working on it, i had to cancel my card, fax over the receipt, the posts from above, so now i play the waiting game

DATE OF REQUEST TO RETURN TRIAL ECIG

I requested the return of the trial e-Cigg on November 26, which was in my 15 day period now if they would of gave me an RMA on that day this wouldn't of happened, and like before if you notice it took them 8 days to send the RMA from the first post to help return it, and if you see in all my posts to them i didn't ask them at all for any deal or what not, so much for a hustle free return. and yes i guess i didn't post the dates for every single post i just posted the date from the first post and reply, because that was the date relevant for my return, the dates spanned from November 16 until today December 4th, and today being the day i received a RMA, i will get ALL of the posts and place them on here WITH the dates on them, it still shows that i was not given an RMA on the date i asked for it. AND the days in between MY first post and my Second post i was trying to get in touch with them on the phone because i was obviously getting nowhere with the online support ticket requesting to return the item AS YOU ALL SEE THEY WERE TRYING TO STILL SELL IT TO ME AND GIVE ME A DISCOUNT, AND TRY TO TELL ME THAT I WASN'T USING IT CORRECTLY.  and as for you saying that i never intended to pay for it YOUR RIGHT HENCE WHY WE ARE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AS OF NOVEMBER 26, 2009 I DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE THIS ITEM SO THEREFORE DID NOT PLACE ANY MONEY ON THIS CARD......IT IS FOR REASONS LIKE THIS I USE A "SECURED" CREDIT CARD SO ONLINE SCAM ARTIST CAN NOT STEAL MONEY FROM ME. And now saying that no one reads the manual, that was the first thing i had done when i received  it, I have a bachelors degree in Law so i do not consider myself ignorant.


Since these posts are limited to 8 hour intervals i will post either later on tonight if im awake or tomorrow first thing in the morning.

CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE I GOT IT

I needed to add a bit more information about this matter when i started this trial it was November 19, looking at my credit card statement they charged me on NOVEMBER 16!!! that is 3 days before i even got the product for the trial i had until November 29th for this trial. SO ONCE AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF!!!

This smart customer does not state all details and decided to post here to show only his side of the story. We pointed out where he is wrong, but instead of responding to us he decided to make things public. OK.



First of all, our trial is 15 days not 10, it gives enough time for communication. He did not show here how we tried to contact him multiple times DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD, while he decided to respond finally only after formal expiration of the trial period. Care to post ALL dates and ALL posts, we sent you? According to our Terms and Conditions, which he read and accepted, we charged his card not even  on 15th day, but waited 2 more days. However, he did not have sufficient funds on it, so looks like he had no intentions to pay for the product anyway.



 



Our todays respond to him included return and cancellation instructions, but he decided to seek the justification from his credit card company, although its not our fault that we waited days for him to respond.



We lost many kits to the customers who use prepaid or gift cards with low balances on them, receive the product, never return it, and we are unable to collect payments. I wish we could also report such cases somewhere.
