Roadside Assistance ripoff Nationwide

When I received my statement from my bank, there was a $21.95 charge to 3074 Roadside Plus 1-866-321-8235. I called this number four times and each time they hung up in my face. They said I was rude because I wanted to know how they got my information because I NEVER APPLIED for Roadside Assistance. I had one of the attorneys from my firm call and the operator HUNG UP before my attorney could finish talking.

They kept telling me that I applied for it. The first time they told me I applied for it and then hung up, the second time they told me I signed up for a free trial and then hung up, the third time they told me it was through a credit company and then hung up, and the fourth time they said I was rude and hung up. The operator told the attorney that they had me on tape cursing and being rude. HOW CARES???? They ripped me off and I'm suppose to be calm while I'm being lied to. I may have gotten loud but did not curse.

I tried to google the phone number and company for a main office but had no luck.
