Eugene Tonissen also harrassed tenants, other workers, and the owner of Harwood Associates and her husband. Eugene Tonissen never worked for Harwood Associates. Mr. Tonissen is now harrassing Robert Lesser because he posted factual statements about his illegal house painting company. Eugene Tonissen to this day is, unlicensed, uninsured, and holds no valid drivers license.
