I thought I would have a little fun, gambling online, so I claimed a free bonus promotional offer and I did all the requirements to claim my winnings, march 12th I wanted to withdrawl my winnings in my personal bank account, there policy was to deposit $25 and deposit using there echecks account, so I gave them my pers bank info to deposit and then withdrawl my winnings back in my bank account, it was suppose to take 2-5 business days, did not recieve funds, so I have been chatting back and forth with being frustrated, this is my first time doing this by the way, so then they told me it will be completed to withdrawl my winnings back to my bank on march 28th, I waited till that day and went to get my money and there echecks account was offline, so after more frustrations of difficult chats, they walked me through the n eww echecks account that now is transparent. my casino balance at the time was 75 dollars, they told me to click on withdrawl wich canged the amount to 150, it increased the amount for a reversal claim they did because there echecks was down, then they told me to click on echecks new account and sign, wich the money came from my echecks account NOT my bank account, they told me it would take another 2-5 business days and I would get my money, now I checked my bank account and they took the 75 dollars out of my personal account and over drew my account with a 35 dollar od fee, they said they did not access my account and terminated my chat, also twice they told me they would email my chat to a manager and the manager would help, I haven't heard nothing from a manager and there advertised us phone number has no reps available ever. I have all there emails and chats saved in my email account, please help, I have no money to current my bank account and every five days I will get another od fee's. thank you
