RocketIAQ Billed my credit card but did not receive furnace filter Internet

I purchased a replacement furnace filter for $31.99.  After weeks of no receipt I emailed and was told they didn't have it in stock but was working on the order and I could cancel if I wish.  After several more weeks without receipt, I emailed and cancelled the order, however, they charged my credit card.  I emailed again and once again I received the same email reply that someone would be in touch with me in the next two days. No one has contacted me.
