Rocky Mountain Trail .com Unprofessional, Rude, Take no responsibilty Buena Vista, Colorado

I placed an order with them on-line on a Sunday and decided to cancel the order.  I tried to contact them and they were closed.  I did not receive any confirmation order e-mail from them therefore I was not even sure if the order had gone through.  There was not a confirmation e-mail in my inbox, or spam, or junk mail. Therefore I called first thing Monday morning to try and cancel the order.  I was only able to leave a voicemail and did not receive a return call.

 I then called back at 2pm that day (2nd call of the day) in the afternoon and was told the order had already been processed and could not be cancelled.  I was told I could return the item but would still have to pay shipping in both directions.  I respectfully requested a return shipping label to be sent to me.  Asking them to meet me half way on the charges.  Since I did not receive any confirmation e-mail from them nor did they respond to my phone calls.  Making it impossible for me to cancel the order in time. 

The phone representative then proceeded to make several rude comments to me as well as repeating a policy multiple times that did not apply to my situation and actually hung up on me despite me calm demeanor.  Do not place any orders with this company they are horrible to work with.
