Rodney the Printer Rodney the Printer ripped me off on a EDDM order. Incompetent & Dishonest brooklyn New York

I contracted with this printing company to print out 2500 USPS EDDM mail pieces for a promotion I was running. Before bringing them the job i spoke to Rodney on the phone. He informed me that he was well experienced at this kind of printing and was familiar with post office guidelines for EDDM mailings.

I knew i might have a problem with this company when they took a whole 2 weeks to send me a proof if the postcard I needed printing. It actually took another 2 weeks to get the printing done, when I got the printing it was riddled with errors and different from the proof that was submitted to me. 

I went to there shop and was told by a lady at the front desk that the job would be reprinted by the next day. I then received a call the next day from  another person in the office telling me that their machine broke down and I would get the printing in a few days.

I took another 3 weeks to get the second printing done. When I received that printing, it was the wrong size. A size that was completely non-compliant  with USPS guidelines. Anyone skilled at EDDM printing would have known that.

The printing job I was having done was a limited time promotion that was running for 2 months, when i finally got the second printing (which was also flawed) there was only 4 days left in the promotion.

This experience with Rodney the printer was a complete waste of time and money.

I must also add, during this ordeal I made at least 5 visits to that place. Never once did I see this Rodney guy. He was always in the back room looking through a one way mirrored glass. While he was ripping people off, he never had any courage  to face his customers/victims eye to eye. A real COWARD!!!!!
