Rogers Wireless charging me for two iphone and they have change my adress sending my statements to the wrong address since september.and they suspend my services Rogers Wirelesslaval Quebec Canada

i do have five cell phones with rogers since 2002 plus all there packages.i dont want to liste all the mistakes they did but the major one was in september 2008 when they called me following my order of the i phone.i was surprises i dont have any i phone or i did not order any i phone. arround september 18-2008 all my family phones the name display has been changed to a different name. i called them they said ok after a long wait not less then 45 minutes every time you call and they start transfering you from one to another repeating the same story.any way they said it will take up to 48 hours to restore the names.but the story is keep calling me about the phones.but someone did went into my accounts at rogers.change my address now all the invoices are going to a different adress.they are asking for big amount of money.i dont have any invoices from them. i told rogers let me see the invoices because i dont trust you anymore.they admit that a fraud was done on my account but they dont want to do anything about it .and pay the money for invoices i dont have. they even told what adress is going to

making the story short after hours and hours on the phones they dont want to do anything about it saying that they send it to collection and credit bureau .fot mistake they have done .yesterday they suspend all my sevices with them it is true rogers is a ripoff. let me know what i should do this is uncceptabale.thanks
