Rogosin Uncaring nasty manager Pat makes for poor experience New York New York

Pat the manager makes rules inconsistent and not in a caring way to patients and is nasty if anyone complains.  

When anyone arrives no matter what time they must wait one hour before being put on dialysis

Facilty keeps temp at 80 degrees to save money yet Pat's office is cool!

Ice machine broke so no cold drink available

Pat's rule: one max 5 visitation allowed per 4 hour treatment. Less than intensive unit! And Pat inconsistent what day, what shift this is enforced. 

I have seen Pat slap a patient while arguing with then patients on dialysis should be treated with respect and their experience should not be this poor
