RVA/PORTA COVERS are scam artist, the owners gary and phyllis chambers will, lie, cheat and con you with their patriotic and country charm.

They sell weak carports, awnings, barn kits and in our case a bogus, broken, junk tractor.

We have a 10 acre farm near Cave Junction, Oregon, we spent many months searching for a Ford N Tractor to use in our Orchard.

We met the Chambers while looking for a barn kit, they seemed like good hard working american farmers like us. While we were at their awning store, I spotted a Ford "N" Tractor, I asked if it ran good and gary said it was from his hay farm in Selma, Oregon and it runs great, he was asking $1200 for it and it has a satisfaction guarranty.

I thought about buying it on the spot but wanted my brother to come up from his home in California to seal the deal, I told Gary that my brother would come in two weeks and gary said he would hold it for us til then.

I called my brother and he made a special trip to see the tractor, next thing I know, my brother shows up at our farm with Garys tractor in tow.

We were real excited to finnaly have a working tractor, but later I found out that we paid $2400, not $1200 as promised and it has oil in the coolant, a cracked block and will not start.

We took it back to Rogue Valley Awnings and Gary told us he had never seen us before, he had not ever sold us anyting and for us "butt F_ck our mother, we paid cash so we're screwed, the police say its a civil matter, our legal aid said with no contract or proof of sale, we are up a creek without a paddle.

I'd opt for a good ole Hanging, but then I'd be in jail and gary's wife pyllis would still be lieing, conning and robbing other farmers like us.
