ROI Marketing Totally deceptive leads vendor Jacksonville, Florida

This organization runs a scam designed to rip off financial professionals.

Under the disguise of the following guarantees: 1) 100% accuracy guarantee; 2) 100% exclusivity guarantee; and 3) Full replacement guarantee, you will set 5 appointments guaranteed within 30 days with full use of the file or we will provide a full replacement.

I ordered a list of 50 names and paid $150.

After I got the list, I mailed everyone on the list and followed up with a call a few days later. Out of the 50, 35 categorically denied having EVER requested any financial information.

I called up Customer Service of ROI Marketing and pointed out the facts and they stated that everyone on my list had within the last 15 days requested to speak to a financial professional. They promised to to send me another 50 leads. After I received the new list, I again mailed a letter of introduction and followed up with a phone call. Same results. I even spoke to a widow whose husband died 11 years ago! How is he supposed to have requested to speak to a financial professional within the last 15 days?!

I called up Customer Service of ROI Marketing and they said that the contract states that no refunds are available but that they could provide me with a new list. At this time I asked for a refund because they had not kept their 3 promises and I did not feel like calling on dead prospects. They flat out refused.

Ms Summers from their Customer Service must be the worst person to deal with. She never calls back even though that she tells you she will. Calls deliberately early so she just have to leave a voice mail.

Stay away from this company because you will waste your time and money.
