Ron Beaver was aksed to submit a proposal for the membrane roof at 17 Old Orchard St. in Old Orchard Beach Maine. This is a 40' x 80' commercial building in the heart of this resort town. He proposed replacing the exisitng roof at a cost of $17,000. He was paid in two installments, $10,000 to begin the job and $7,000 on November 9, 2008 at completion. The owner of the building, a single woman, never took the time to climb up on the roof to see what had been done. She did notice a considerable mess in the yard behind the building and called Beaver to have it cleaned up.

Since this building is essentially empty, the seasonal occupants having left shortly after Labor Day, it was not until the Spring 2009 that leaks were notice by the tenants. Upon inspection of the roof, it was determined that All American Contracting and Ron Beaver had left the exisintg 20-plus year old membrane and simply poured HOT asphalt on the rubber, burning what was left of the existing roof. He then shoveled rocks on top to cover the mess. Calls made to him for an explanation and for requests to get the roof properly done went unanswered until finally his telephones were disconnected.

Every effort should be made to avoid this company and Ron Beaver who also, we have now learned, runs another scam operation, Eager Beaver Painting. We will be Eager to see Beaver brought into court for his hurtful and illegal behavior as a building contractor.

FORMALLY WORKED WITH RON

AUTHOR: Dave - ()

POSTED: Thursday, July 31, 2014

I am writing this as an entry to my own exposure to working with Ron. Ron's Father was a hero, a decorated veteran and a friend of the family, Ron was as well.

I had know idea what was going on with his business in ME. I worked a little up there, but Ron signed the contracts and managed the money: I was blind to his business activity, as most people were and are.

We did a rather large job in MA over 50k Ron did not work the job, subcontractors were left unpaid as the job went over budget. I had to ask Ron for money he recieved to put back to the job, thus he did replenish some, however still subs were left unpaid infull and I had to work the job myself to full completition and satisifaction of the customer. This adds up to thousands and thousands of dollars of unpaid workers and myself.

I tried to work with Ron, and was about to sign a 40k deal, when the customer advised me that they found Rons name on ripoff report, the deal was canceled, again I still tried to work with Ron. He said all things are a mis-understanding.

I even tried to work with him in FL, but found it was impossible. I lasted only one month, I left and wish I never had engaged in any work with Ron.

I have a BS, and went back to school obtaining a MA. My fear is the link to Ron will never stop in my life time. I am honest and hard working man, I have never been arrested, charged, no oui, and I believe I only have one ticket in the last six years.

Ron Beaver is now in Florida

AUTHOR: fleeced - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, December 05, 2010

Ron Beaver has moved to the Kissimmee area of Florida.  He is currently advertising business named KDB Construction.  For more information on him, do a search on "ron beaver construction", "ron beaver maine", "eager beaver painting maine".  Ron appears to have scammed roughly 10 families in maine and Rhode Island over $40,000.  I have the names of these people in Ron's own handwriting.  Several of us have court judgements against him.  I have this information because he tried to file bankruptcy after fleecing us.  Several of us met at his bankruptcy hearing.  When these people finally got together to pursue him legally, he fled Maine.    I think the fact that he kept pleading the fifth amendment when questions were asked of him got him nervous.  He never went back to the hearing.   His bankruptcy case was dismissed by the trustee.  He fled from Maine to Florida with his wife Katherine Dumont Beaver (I believe this is the KDB in his new business).  He appears to be starting a new business in Florida with a man named David Paul Newman.  Ron and David are advertising a business called USA Pure Strength Contracting and Property Management.  Ron still claims he is going to get me my money back.  He says he will get me "something of value" to try to pay me back.  But he says he is having a hard time getting jobs.  Ron appears to be smooth and likable, but my experience with him has shown me that he lies more often than not.
