Ronald Beaver / Rebconconstruction inferior work, quit the job after taking monies, theft Daytona Florida

I hired Ronald Beaver/ Rebconstruction to paint the interior of my home. Upon reaching an agreement regarding payment of said job, he begain work.

After a week on the job, I noticed the sloppiness of his work. This consisted of dripping paint on the walls, baseboard, and floor. The hardware on the doors and closets were not removed nor were the plate covers for light switches and electrical outlets. The closet doors were painted then removed to paint the inside of the closets leaving hand prints on the doors! Do you think this a backwards way of doing closets?  I do!!  When starting to paint the closets he painted around the wire shelving leaving paint everywhere on the racks!

After writing a check for beginning the job , I wrote the wrong amount but he quickly went to the bank to cash the check. Keep in mind I am 81 years old. Upon confronting Ronald Beaver regarding his work not being acceptable he quit leaving me with a mess as well as an unfinished job. There are boxes all over the house from moving. Now I am faced with the fact that one box containing a gas regulator valued at a little over $100.00 is empty. He conveniently placed a bleach bottle and vinegar bottle inside the box covered by an old tee shirt covered with paint. A police report was filed.
