  • Purchased sofa, chair and ottoman
     


  • Driver refused to deliver to 2nd floor- wanted to leave on 1st floor

  • Returned 

  • Manager Courtney had another driver to redeliver 2 days later

  • Driver was unable to to fit sofa through door. Didn't take packaging off!

  • Returned again

  • Manager Courtney notified stating that refund will be issued when prodcut checked into storehouse that night

  • No refund

  • Now being told that product has to go back to Charlotte NC and be checked in there for refund. 

  • Still no refund

  • Manager Bob was useless

  • Don't shop here, they have $3000 of my money and are still holding it!!!!

Rooms To Go Left bolts to put bed together out. After lies and no call backs, will take them over 2 weeks to finish my delivery. Bed parts all over my room not to mention they made a huge mess leaving styrofoam pieces all over the bedroom and chunks of styrofoam in my front yard! Hoover Alabama
