Rooms To Go Delivered Defective and dangerous furniture which they refuse to replace, rude Manager and staff, never call back! Pembroke Pines Florida

Below is my report to the BBB.org about this company.  After a month of fighting with them and dealing with rude and inflexible staff, the issue was never completely resolved.  Stay away from this company!

Defective sofa and TV Console, and Chairs never received for dining room table. No call backs from store and rude inflexible Manager
My wife and I purchased a Sectional sofa, dining room table and chairs, and TV Console from Rooms To Go in Pembroke Pines. The sofa has a leg that is damaged. The TV Console has a door that is cracked and the glass falls out, making it extremely dangerous for our two toddlers. The chairs for our dining room table are now back ordered until December, which makes it unreasonable for us to keep the dining room table - having no chairs for 4 months. 

I called yesterday the store repeatedly. Whoever answered the phone kept putting me on hold and then telling me they would call me back. I never once received a call back and had to keep calling back. I finally got a hold of Jackie, who I believe is management. After expressing my issues and refusing a refund of all of my furniture, she agreed to replace the couch and the TV Console, and take back the table, crediting me for the table and chairs.

Now today, we receive a call from customer service refusing to replace the couch and sending a leg by ups. This goes against what was agreed. This is a brand new couch and should not have issues with the legs like this so soon after purchase. Replacing the leg is not acceptable since the manager already agreed to replace the couch. 

I also believe that after delivering defective furniture that is downright dangerous to my children, I deserve at least a credit on the delivery charges for the tv console. The manager Jackie was very rude and inflexible.

I still at time of writing do not have a credit for the chairs they never delivered, cannot use my dining room table as expected, have a dangerous TV console, and a couch I cannot sit on.
