  Do your self a favour and stay as far from Randy/ Ross Morrell and his family as possible. This guy is a money hungry, pathological liar and professional scammer. He portrays himself very well but don't kid your self, he is devising a plan to rip you off. Do Not let this guy near your business he will try to push you out or develop a way to have you indebted to him so he can try and control you. Him and his wife are very devious, they have many different Facebook profiles and use them to promote their business or defend themselves if anything negative is brought up about his business practices. I would be very leary of the "ex-employee" that has given testimony on this report, it is likely a false identity used by the morrells. I was looking for my former client to see if he and his family was doing and when I Googled him this is what I found. I was surprised!

I would just like to say as a fellow freelancer I understand the frustration of not getting paid for services performed. I too performed contract freelance for the Morrells, actually I worked for him during 2 seperate fiscal years. I worked part-time beyond my full time job and I did his accounting. Mr. Morrell is not a greedy smug liar, not wanting to pay his debts.

He was kind and friendly as was his wife, I condsidered both of them to be a friendly aquaintance, not just a client. Mr. Morrell worked around my business schedule to allow me to earn the supplemental income I needed as a single mom. I worked for him on  the weekends and evenings which took him away for his family 3 night a week and rotating Saturdays and Sundays or had his family at his business so that I could work and they could have dinners together at a conference table. I'm sure he could have gotten help that would be available during his business hours but he made those sacrifices to help me while I helped him. I believe he did it because he is family oriented and empathized with my situation.

I actually stopped working for him in October of 2008 because due to the lack of business in todays economy, he was having to shut his doors. I was never not paid by him and he took many measures to resolve what debt he was able. He downsized his personal home, sold assets and did everything he possibly could to hold on. Like that which was mentioned, he is a father of 3 kids and his family solely depended on him. I think it is unfair to judge someone and say such harsh things about someones character without having personally met them or know their efforts to the fullest effect. Sometimes no matter how hard we try or what we sacrifice, we still fail. It doesnt make us bad unethical people. The Morrell's are good people and I would work for them again.
