Roy Carter, U.S. Legal Services several phone calls from they have a warrant for my immediate arrest to serve 6 months of jail time if I do not return their calls or answer their e-mails

During the past few weeks I have been receiving phone calls from "911" on my cell phone stating that I am going to be arrested for fraud for unsecured debt and if I don't call them in 30 minutes I am going to be arrested and put in jail for six months. Today I received an e-mail from U.S. Legal Services <restitution.of.law.at.us@outlook.com> saying that I have an unsecured debt which is pending on my name and SSN. They attached copies of a warrant and a notice but I did not open them. They told me to call 410-441-5019 ASAP so they won't have to issue the warrant of arrest.
