Royal Administration AA. Auto Extended. Warranty I purchased. A Contract. from this company 2/2015 so on 5-13-2015 Langhorne Pennsylvania

 I purchased. a contract. in February of 2015 so in May I was told I could. have repairs. done on my SUV , so roadside. assistant. pulled my vechile on May-13-2015 to the Mercedes shop in D'Iberville ,Ms. okay after being there a weak the repair. shop called. me saying. I needed. A Transmission. and my power sterling. needed. to be repaired. also . so as I was told by Corey at royal administration., to fax in some paperwork. of oil change that I've. had . and they would. give the repair. shop the okay. to start on it . I did everything. I was told but im. guessing. after it was determined. that i was going. to need a transmission. and. the power sterling. part , which I can't remember. the name of it but it wasn't. the pump it was called. something. else . too make long story short . after they received. the estimates. I was turned down. BC the Mercedes. shop wanted 15,000 $ so I thought maybe I could find someone. to do it a Lil cheaper which I did . he wended only 5,000 to repair everything.. so I called the company. of royal administration. to let them no and Corey said it was find and i could. have it repaired. there . okay after a couple months. it still. hadn't. even been touched as I stayed on the guy about when was he going to start on it but he claimed to stay sick a lot . ok after being there Vue the guy claimed he was gone have it running. in a few weeks. but he got cold feet BC he said that company. didn't. seem to be legal BC he'd worked with Extended. Warranty. Companies. before. n the people. he deals. with had cards so he wasn't. sure he wanted to do the repairs. without. a signed. contract. and a card with. all its info . ok after that was told to Corey some how he comes. up with a Lie about I missed a payment. 1st he said in July ok after telling. him I had proof and sent it in as the man was about to start on it he comes up with i didn't. pay in October.. by then this guy felt for sure they were a scam . BC they canceled my contract. For Real even tho. I didn't. Skip any payments.. all that money I played them , 1st of all if you're. a month behind. they will. cancel. U but i was paid up the only thing I was trying. to do was make my November. payment. that's. when Corey told me I had been canceled. so im like how . but he went on to be stuck on the payment. I paid I told him I paid. It with. my friend. card I emailed him a copy of my payment. for October. and he phoned me saying. he would. reinstate. me which he never did . my truck still broke . I had a stroke and im paralyzed. on my left side . I was already. dealing. with that . also they were supposed. to pay for the damages. that were done to it while being towed from the Mercedes. shop I have pics. of the damages. and now along with the other repairs. I need a paint job and my turn signal light has been busted. . it wasn't. like that when it was 1st towed but some how my truck came back looking. A lot worst and I end up without. getting. reimbursement. for that also . it seemed. like everytime it was time for something. to be repaired. or when it was time for them to pay for damages. they would. come up with. a reason to stop it . they even had me to get estimates. of that also . now im stuck with a broke down SUV which hadn't. been repaired. along with. damages. which was done while being. towed . I didn't. no what else to do BC I can't get around like Is like to this All became Overwhelmed. to me and I a big lost with my money gone down the drain . im on a fixed income and now I can't afford. to have it repaired.. I paid with my debit card which I no longer have , but its still with same company.. I can get proof. my friend also still have October. company. I've had a couple new phones by then but still. have my chip and can get statements.
