I'm to contact Amy Jones at 1-514-561-5993 with instruction after despositing the check.

At bottom of letter Christine R. Ruiz (promotion Manager) also used icon of Publisher Clearing House & Reader's Digest.

Exactly HOW is this a rip off ??? You have given ABSOLUTELY no information about being ripped off ??? Did you contact the company ??? Did you deposit the check ??? Geeeezzzzzz. How about filing a COMPLETE report ??
