Recently purchased an 18X33 solar cover, normally when you order a solar cover it is like a pool cover and it comes in one piece matching the siae of your pool. After placing the cover on the pool there was a piece precut out approximately 2 feet by 6 inches. I did not order the cover with this a piece to be cut out of it. 48 hours after recieving this solar cover from the company I sent them pictures of it and they told me I have to go the the manufacturer to resovle. They sold and shipped me this cover directly, they should be responsible for the initial order being shipped.
Do not order from this companyas you will not get what you ordered and if there is a problem they will not help you resolve it directly.
