R & S Relocation/AAA Careful Movers ripoff, scammers, liars, dishonest, misrepresenting themselves Simpsonville South Carolina

I hired R & S relocation (broker), which I did not know at the time, they told me they were the one stop shop, we brokered it out to AAA Careful Movers, who in turn is owned by the same man Daniel Bruce /Megan Frederique. They picked me up 2 days early, in which I told the driver Jason Palmer, that I could not move into my new place until the first. He said NO PROBLEM.

On October 30 th I got a call from James Nazarian, saying that my stuff would be put into storage for more money or on the corner, but either way my stuff was being unloaded then, because they were leaving Florida.

I contacted the driver Jason Palmer, he said no that he could wait until tomorrow the 31st. The next morning my Husband went and rented 2 storage bins. Which mind you I had paid this company to bring to my place, not for me to put in storage.

The next day we had to rent a U-Haul and load the truck ourselves, my husband and I. At that time we noticed our 2 new tv's were missing. I contacted the driver and he said "Oh yea, when I got to the next stop I realized I had them" I asked when would I get them back, he said he didn't know.

Well I guess the owner DANIEL BRUCE, was not going to pay to have them crated and shipped because it cost to much, so for 7 weeks my tv's have been on the back of the truck (so they say) and for a Moving company I find it pretty odd they can't get 2 tv's delivered.

Also I paid for 5740lbs to be shipped but on my bill of lading it states I only had 4000lbs, which they owe for 1740lbs @ .29 cents a pd. They won't take my calls, they won't return my calls and when I find a back door in to get someone on the phone they give me the run a round. I feel they are the biggest liars, including Larry Balsamo and his wife Marcie Balsamo, who I hear was fired, Hmmm.... imagine being fired from a company that has no morals or scruples, what does that say about them.

Daniel Bruce is a meek man, with no guts, he will not talk to anyone and pawns everything off on his lackey's. If anyone even thinks of doing any business with any company Mr. Daniel Bruce owns, rethink it. If any of the names, Megan Frederique, Larry Balsamo, Marcie Balsamo, Eric, Howard, or whatever name they are using for that time. Oh yea, and the insurance company they have on file, does not exist hmmm... Does that not interest the authorities.
