Rush My Visa They processed my visas for China trip (3Mar 2017) and sent them to me, with passports, 12/30/16. FedEx lost pkg on 1/3/17 , has no idea where they are. Internet

 Rush My Visa sent my passports and visas from Chinese Consulate to me on 12/30/16. Package was overnighted via FedEx. Fed ex lost package on 1/3/17 and has no idea where it is. Rush My Visa doesn't think this is their fault. No signature was required for package (RushMyVisa practice). Looks like I need to replace 2 passports and 2 visas in 5 weeks. I want Rush My Visa to pay all related expenses (passports, visas, expediting costs).
