Russell Rice AKA Russell Rice Construction, aka RUSSELL RICE GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR has been placed for collections/litigation with my firm Asset Collections Inc. Case # is 680.660 Russell has stolen my clients product and services. He owes over $1380.00 plus fees, for Engineering services he has owed since april 9th 2013. and fails to respond or pay, therfore we are forming a creditors committee against this debtor, and wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT OF SERVICES. If thios customer also owes you money, call me to join the crediotrs commitee at (((REDACTED))) www.aci-collect.com
If this debtor company make payment agreement, or settles this case, I will adjust the rip off report accordingly, but todate this guy has Ripped off my client and stolen thier product/services, and there is a lawsuit pending.
