Russell Cellular Charged me more for phone than advertised AKRON Ohio

 After taking time to tell my story it got erased when I submitted it,so heres an edited version. Tried to order a new phone from Verizon,no one home that week to sign for it.The rep called Russell Cellular and they assured him they knew the Edge package with Core Prime phone for $7 a month x 24 months plus $45 1GB data due to $15 discount per month. So I went there on July 18th to order phone. In short the new girl at Russell Cellular messed up my paperwork,and even though I called within 24 hours and after trying several times to get a hold of them,I talked with new manager Brian which said nothing he can do now. I have been in contact with Verizon from the beginning which fixed my plan but am still getting charged $10.41 a month for phone.Verizon said they can't fix the $81.84 extra I will be paying for phone because Russell charges more. I was surprised that Verizon is so willing to loose a loyal customer of over 20 years.
