Ryder Company Conte Yves is responsible for hitting my car with a Ryder company 18w truck, causing more than $4,000 worth of damages. Miami Florida

On March 11, 2018 around 2:30pm I was involved in a truck accident in Greensboro, NC. It was a rainy day, and my friend and I were on the way back to school when we came upon stopped traffic.

While we sat there 4mins waiting for the traffic to pick back up and move along, I noticed that a huge 18 wheel truck was approaching from the rear, moving at a paced that didn't seem to slow down. I knew the truck driver would hit my car which was very frightening to me and my friend that sat along the side of me.

After Conte Yves hit my car,  we both exited our vehilces and proceeded to discuss what the next option should be. As bad as I wanted to call the police, I just felt so bad for him because he seemed so scared and was crying all over the place. He begged me not to call the police because he promised to pay for all damages himself.

After the day of the accident, we had conversations over the phone almost everyday, and through text messges that states his confession about the indcident, an his promised to pay. However, he is now MIA and my car is still not fixed.

I have filed a police report about the accident. 

My insurance company have been trying to reach him, and they even contacted the Ryder's Corportaion for solutions about how we're going to settle this. Conte Yves, nor the Ryder's company have given us feedback about anything. 

we're getting a lawyer and will contiune to follow through with a lawsuit against the Ryder Corportaion. Conte Yves needs to pay for the damage he caused, HELP IS NEEDED.
