Sabrina Louise Grissom DOB 3/15/(((REDACTED))) SS XXX-XX-XXX is an experienced swindler who operates in conjuction w/her mother, Joyce Grissom. Her long list of victims includes landlords she's ripped off for the last 10 years in SW Virginia. She preys on home-owners who do not employ lawyers/agencies to manage their properties. Her tactics to avoid rent payments include a wide range of excuses, icnluding having AIDS/cancer and using the legal system to remain in the dwelling even after the first eviction order is issued. She uses the dwelling as a kennel for 2 dogs she keeps lose and locked up in the dwelling at all times and allows to urinate and defecate in the dwelling. Her mental condition involves sociopathy, aggressiveness and paranoia. Her intimidation tactics involve verbal and written harrasment , barricading herself in the dwelling, calling city authorities on landlord, based on false allegations, and vandalism and destruction of property.
Description: Plain looking redneck woman. Fair skin, dirty blonde. Big nose, small eyes. Very wide in the hip area. Udeducated, in her thirties, but will try to pass as a student in plain clothes, no make-up and a pony-tail.
Do not engage in any kind of business or personal dealings with this individual before conducting a thorough background-check to include a psychiatric report. Warning: She will refuse to provide a valid permanent address to hide from the law and from creditors.

Landlords, do not do as suggested and request a psychiatric report from potential tenants. That is called discrimination, and it is very illegal.
Also, please remember that not all people with mental illness are problematic tenants.

None of the information about Sabrina Grissom is factual including the social number. Every bit of information is false. Sabrina Grissom does not ahve any diseases or mental health issues as she is the most stable person and a health nut and avoids any contact with disease due to her germaphobia.
IT is sad that when you do the right hting and turn in someone for welfare fraud and tax evasion that they make up lies to get back at you for just doing the American thing.
Sabrina Grissom is an honorable honest, hard working, health professional who owns her own home and works hard to keep that home. She is the most stable person i know and very health conscious since she works in the health industry.
I hope that noone believes the lies that Roxana Valencia-lamas has spread about her because of Mrs. Lamas's vindictiveness...

This is another example of Roxana's childish antics and another example of her destructive behavior to be vindictive and deceptive. Here she makes up lies about someone else who has put her away for her theft and deceptions and this is how Roxana takes the action.
It seems that her lies, theft, fraud, credit card theft, forgery and fraudulent thefts are not enough but now she slanders, libels adn even goes so far as to pass her own claims and victimess behavior onto someone else.
roxana Valencia-lamas has many sexual diseases , aids, and has made claims to cancer to get out of trouble and use her ex husband to help her escape the damage she does to others.
She only got into the country by her ex husband.. one of many exes.. She has been married four times and soon to be divorced again only to rob these men of money. She uses her children only as objects for money and treats them like dogs while she attends to her many escort jobs.
Roxana Valencia-Lamas steal money from the companies she works for lies on her taxes, and lies to the government and social services to get money from hard working americans
WOW.. if only the people she tries to hurt could sue her for slander and libel. .but wait oh they can.. i hope all these people do this and win.. i am willing to help anyone out there looking for punishment for her evils on the world.
