I have received several mailings from Saint Matthew's Churches and I believe them to be scam artists. They believe that because they bring God into the picture everyone that receives their mailings will fall for it. I just hope most are smarter than that.

They make you believe in their papers if you do just as they say and send a "Seed Contribution" that they will pray for you and all your debts and money worries will be taken care of by God.

It is not so, they cannot know who will or will not be cared for by God, and putting a picture under your pillow as they suggest or a piece of red and gold paper in you billfold and under you pillow will bring you wealth. It just would make it hard to sleep, as I see it.

Please people out there, do not be taken in by these types of persons. They are just taking your hard earned dollars and you get nothing in return. You can do it yourself, by just believing in yourself and if you believe in a God of your understanding, pray for help. But DO NOT let people like Saint Matthews Churches pull you in. It is a SCAM as I see it.

Thanks,

Linda

St. Matthew doesn't communicate by USPS mail

The last time I spoke to God, he didn't ask me for any money. In fact, he never has in all the conversions I've had with him. If a little voice in your head (or a big one in a direct mailing or on TV) tells you to send money, it probably isn't God. If God wants to reallocate resources, he probably can take care of it himself without asking you to write a check or provide a credit card number. Just a suggestion.
