Sale/safe National of America Removed Funds With Fake Check, Nationwide
*UPDATE Employee: Financial Practices
*Consumer Comment: Info
*Consumer Suggestion: STOP giving out your banking information online!!
I am leary of online bank anything. I am leary of banks. I have an account but it is minimal and kept for the occassional phone or online transaction nothing more. The company sale national of america is not a company i ahve ever heard of or done business with. Recently they romed $35. from my account with a fake check ( i have never had a check or card on this account ever). This fake check resulted in an additional $58.00 in overdraft fees. Why a bank will authorize funds with a zero balance and no protection plan who knows. My attempts to contact or find this company are resulting in dead ends. I am forced to close this account.
I will continue to be leary.

His name is Nicholas Potter. His email is info (dot) bestsavingsource (at) gmail (dot) com. He only responds if you bug him constantly and threaten legal action. Website is www.bestsavingsource.com in case you are interested. I recomend not buying anything though, as the ssl certificate is expired and for a different company. The site was actually built under a different address, then ripped off by this jerk.
As for how he got your information. Have you recently applied for a payday loan online. This seems to be the common thread between all the real victims of the scam. Dont believe the jerk that keeps posting fake reports claiming to have gone to an actually store, most of his are just copies of past reports against various companies. Dont give up until you get your money back. I got mine back and I am still trying to track this jerk down and bring justice.
In my opinion, he is just some 30 year old virgin, sitting on his couch in his mommy's basement, trying to run some half-a**ed scam that barely got off the ground before being exposed. He does have balls, though. After all, he did continue trying to rip people off knowing that we are on to him.

Stop giving out your bank account information over the phone and online! Problem solved!
These "scammers" had to get your bank account# and routing# and name on the account before they could make this "check" against your account.
With that in mind, HOW did they get that information? The obvious answer is that YOU gave it to them, somehow.
Did you ever apply for a payday loan?
