i purchased a shoes and backpack from there websire:

after while i contacted them through there customer service link to ask about my shipment and to the track number, but didn't answer me, i gaved them another week and contacted them again, but didn't answer, and i repeated this many times.
I didn't recieved my shipment, and didn't get any response from them, it's a shame for such company.
