Salvation Army Westport Temple employee - Jennifer employee Kansas City Missouri

 On Oct. 31, Halloween, I stopped at the Westport Temple S.A. approx. 8:30 AM to pick up a brown bag food give-away.  It had been raining all night, it was still raining and I was using an umbrella.  The entrance procedure is to ring, wait until buzzed in, then enter the building to pick up the food.  SIMPLE - not...

When I went thru the front door my umbrella was down, there was a large rug for the rain.  No one was at the front desk so I thought I'd go to the restroom first.  I carefully & gently was shaking the water off my umbrella on the rug so I wouldn't drip down the hall.  Just then from behind me a loud, angry voice hollered at me about getting water all over the floor.  This type of ill-mannered outburst has occurred before.  I simply turned and said, "Do you know what this is?", pointing at the rug. Got no reply and proceded down the hall to the restroom.

Across from the restroom was an office with a lady working at a computer.  I figured she must be in charge.  I stopped and said, "Hi, your employee really has an anger problem."  She looked at me like 'yeah-o'well'.  I went into the restroom.

Upon leaving the restroom I decided I didn't want the brown bag.  The employee made me feel bad and negative vibes are worth avoiding.  No Big Deal  I left thru the same front door.  Didn't look at the employee.  Didn't speak to the employee.  Went out into the rain with umbrella open in one hand, carrying a bag in the other and wearing a heavy black backpack on my back.  Traffic was heavy on 39th street so I was hurrying across when I heard an unusually loud screaming hollering.  Upon reaching the other side I looked round to see this employee (Jennifer) half-in : half-out the front door screaming maddly at me.  The traffic was heavy, I couldn't hear the specifics, but she was mad as hell about something.  No Big Deal 

I then stopped at a Methodist soup kitchen down the street.  Was drinking coffee 5 minutes later when the director, Doug, called me over and informed me that Jennifer had barred me from the S.A Westport Temple permanently.  I didn't know her name, had only said hi & thanks in the past. Didn't tell her where I was going but she called N2N, asked for the director and attempted to slander me to him.  This Is A Big Deal  Crazy even.

Since then(2 days) I've tried to get a meeting with Captain Gabby or Juaquine Renger.  Jennifer controls the phone.  She has hung up on me and refused to answer, giving me a recording.  My phone time is limited to two minutes and I have no phone.  I will try again but this may be faster.

I suspect Jennifer has lost her temper many times.  ALL of what I've said should be varified on camera...

I want Jennifer's actions reversed, an apology and (best case) her fired.  It's all on camera.  I would really like to hear what she was screaming at me crossing busy 39th street.  She was out of control...
