I've shown every solid with UPS and customs people, who also in turned concluded their investigation that Mr. Sam Dino Stark lied and he received the 3.8kg shipment intact and untampered with during every trackable status of the shipment.

1. Mr. Sam Dino Stark exploded false and defamatory statements concerning me and the company.I defended with the truth and solid proofs and also consent with other victims of Mr. Sam Dino Stark.I have illustrated that Mr. Sam Dino Stark and the LIQUID LASER USA he stands for have had a poor reputation in the community.

Regarding the shipment Mr. Sam Dino Stark falsely claimed to be empty or with stones, we've submitted every detailed proof to them and UPS, including the official shipping paper of UPS, the delivery proof downloaded on UPS website, the customs clearance proof from the China and US customs office. All proofs tell that the shipment arrived at Mr. Sam Dino Stark in perfect condition.

However, in Sam Dino Stark's rebutal and email correspondences, He didnot have any proof to provide except random libel, defamation and Sam Dino Stark tries to blame, accuse, defame, slander that is attached to anger, not common sense and truth.

3. Mr. Sam Dino Stark also makes lies that i got fired by the company i work for for tampering with the shipmet- this is utter lie though i found it difficult to deal with the constant lies, frauds and vebal abuses from Mr. Sam Dino Stark and the loss caused by this fraud with Paypal. But I will not hesitate to expose his lies no matter i work for the company or not. It is a social concern, not personal anymore. When the UPS people picked up the UPS shipment and they weighed, scanned and verified the shipment as 3.8kg in perfect condition and though we suspected Mr. Sam Dino Stark made up lies to make trouble and fraud, we did our best to investigate with UPS, customs people. They provided every solid and office proof that the receiver signed for the exact same shipment UPS picked up. Though Mr. Sam Dino Stark refused to cooperate in the investigation and dispute he started(incredible enough), but UPS China, UPS USA, Customs people, the delivery person who delivered the shipment to him confirmed Mr. Sam Dino Stark has been lying, scamming and frauding. Mr. Sam Dino Stark refused to admit now coz he thought since he disputed with Paypal and though he lied and scammed me and us, there is nothing we could do about it.

Mr Li MIng , who filed those reports against us , got fired from his Jet Lasers company located in China , for stealing and lying and mistreating customers ,He shipped us a box with no marceandise , containing stones foams and broken AC cords .

His company let him go . As far as we concern we filed a dispute for to the credit card company and froze the fonds that was paid. Mr Li Ming lost his tamper and he is angry individual with bad tamper , the fact that he got caught lying stealing and deceiving his company, and the lost his job,made him throw all the blame on our company , and on our staff .

This is Liming from China, who worked for jetlasers and has been in correspondence with Mr. Sam Stark. Mr. Sam Stark doesnot have any solid proof - he made fake photos and claimed what he received were stones after he signed for the shipment almost six months ago. It is all lies and slanders.

We, UPS and the shipping agent have shown every proof that the shipment were signed by Mr. Sam Stark - Mr. Sam Stark also admitted in his emails he received them in perfect condition - but in order to fraud us, he suddenly loses his reason and lies blatantly - he thought he would easily cheat Paypal and credit card companies but he was wrong. He has nothing but verbal abuse and threats.

Mr. Sam Dino Stark has a terrible credit and record. In accusing and slandering people and companies he dealt with, he couldnot provide any solid proof except fabricated proofs. But the shipping company like UPS has their detailed proofs that Mr. Sam Dino Stark signed the shipment himself. After pointing out Mr. Sam Stark lies and tried to scam, Mr. Sam Stark Bombed us with all dirty words and fake accusations again after we questioned him for proofs.

This is a rebutal Delivery Proof for Shipment Mr. Sam Stark Signed 6 months ago - now he lies and claimed "unauthorized payment" and "empty box" or "stones".

Mr. Sam Dino Stark(CEO of LIQUIDLASERUSA.COM) randomly copied articles of negative opinion on overall Made-in-China products from internet and tried to justify his fraud, scamming tricks and fake accusations. But it is unrelevant.  UPS and customs has worked together to prove Mr. Sam Dino Stark has beening lying and making false photos. And ironically, while Mr. Sam Dino Stark declared he received empty box or stones, he refused to contact UPS or the shipping people for any dispute. He insisted we shipped him empty boxes, human hairs and stones. This is pure lies and fraud.

Mr. Sam Dino Stark signed the shipment delivered to him on 22rd, March 2013 and almost six months later, Mr. Sam Dino Stark claimed "unauthorized payment" at Paypal and sent us verbal abuse claiming that the shipment was empty or with just stones or just hairs. During this almost six-month period, Mr. Sam Dino Stark has been admitted he received everything in perfect condition. When the laser light products, which are consumable parts, esp. the laser diodes, almost expired, Mr. Sam Dino Stark suddenly declared the lies and slanders against us - the fact is self-evident - Mr. Sam Dino Stark just wants to fraud us and cheating Paypal into believing his lies. But Paypal and credit card companies rejected his lies and make-up "evidence". Then Mr. Sam Dino Stark, who lacks the common sense and not in touch with humanity, burst in fury and began to slander us with emails and phonecalls that we sent empty boxes or stones or human hairs, not any laser. The lie and scamming trick is appalling.

When we asked him why he scams us and started false claims, he changed the subject and complained about all Made-in-China products without giving any proof.

The irony of the story , that a Chinese company ,located  in China and run by a bunch of unknown sales people who probably represent different companies selling products from A- to Z and using fake names hiding behind Internet and computers,file a  bogus and fake allegation,

Even though we have learned that they shipped 68 defective lasers out of  75 and none of them worked whin they reach the USA , the shipped them an empty shell casing with no working diodes , we should learn then ,and before we received a case containing hair extant ion made in china , from probably Chinese horse monkey or who knows what?? Instead of shipping us the  lasers shipment ,we redesign a product and ask them to produce it according to our specifications , and each time ,we got a different product that we paid for , 
And that product , didn't  last or work more then a week.(all of it ,is the sad part of the story)
The good part is that , we got rid of them and realize never too late....
We learn our lesson and invest our money to start and develop our product and manufacture here in the USA ,  made in USA .
