 I was sent a mailer from Making Homes affordable saying they could lower my principal balance on my mtg by 100 000 dollars and substantially lower my mthly mtg payment by 700 dollars per mth. I replied was contacted by Darren Jacobsen. Who most likely does not even exist. He told me the only way possible to qualify for a government asst loan is i needed to be more than 8 mths behind so i let my mtg fall behind. In order to qualify. Eventually i lost 5000 that i sent to Samaratan Law center. Lost my home that i owned for 12 years. Filed for Bankruptcy. And ruined my credit. Was the worst experience of my 59 year old life. I hope someone puts these people behind bars where they belong.
