Mr. Samir Chowieri, Katasa Inc., of Gatineau, Quebec, builds Senior's Residences in the Gatineau area. However, at a Rooming and Boarding facility at 92 Hotel de Ville, Gatineau, he evicted two Seniors after they filed a complaint. They called in the fire department as all the fire exit doors in the building were severely and beyond repair. Mr. Chowieri and Boless Inc., Denis Ouellette, did not like that the fire department was brought in, and they immediately evicted these two seniors from the unit. It was -26c with the wind chill.
So, watch out for buildings owned by these two companies. If they evict two seniors in minus 26c for calling in the fire department, imagine what they will do to you.

Denis Ouellette of Boless Inc. is quite a low-life. He rents rooms on long term basis from this run down place called Motel Duvernay. Then if tenants complain, Denis Ouellette simply kicks them out. It is partly owned by the Heafey Group, Groupe Marc Dube and Boless Inc. Don't try to take them to the Rent Board for Consumers, Denis Ouellette pulls out the old 'were a motel' card. I real low life. Stay clear of the Motel Duvernay, Boless Inc. and the Heafey group.
