I placed 2 orders with SammyDress. The first for $129.66 on 10-8-2015
7 items and selected expedited shipping since the product was coming from China.

First part of the order shipped 10-9-15 arrived 10-16-15  the second 10-11-15 arrived around 10-20-15 and third 10-13-15 arrived around 10-28-15

The first package to arrive was a a pair of snow boots and 2 shirts in a plastic bag.

I tried the shirts that fit as expected. The boots were for my daughter they were very nice quality ... little did I know they were 1 inch shorter than what they advertised the length to be. They did however fit my daughter but snug a week later.

I was careful to pay attention to the sizes they posted on their website since shipping was expensive and I did not want the hassle of sending product back to Singapore.

On 10-20-15 I placed a second order for another 6 items and opted for expedited shipping and insurance again.

Second part of the first order to arrive was 2 pair of snow boots and a shirt also in a plastic bag. Third was a shirt in a plastic bag.

While waiting for the 3rd package I wrote and asked why the delay and was told different products different warehouses. At that time it dawned on me they were selling merchandise they did not have in stock. I wrote back and told them it would be wise to post a "not in stock" for the buyer.

Then part of that 2nd order arrived in about a week. 4 tops I tried them on and 3 of the tops were way too tight. I measured each top and the size stated on the SammyDress website was from 5 inches to 8 inches different that the garments I received.

I wrote customer service and told them the problem. I also cancelled the 2nd part of the order they had yet to send. They refunded part of what I had paid for those 2 items quickly.

Here is their request:
1-Could you please tell us what size you ordered?
2-Could you please send pictures as attached showing the size difference and color transfer(please use a ruler or measuring tape next to the item),

3-Could you please send us the pictures of SKU (product) number.

If we made a mistake, we will be happy to fix it for you.  
We apologize again for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your collaboration.

I did as requested ... superimposing the photos on screenshots of their own webpage so they could clearly see it was their error. (I will try and provide those images here at the end)

At this point I am stuck with $47.48 worth of product that does not fit which includes the shipping I paid for their error.

Here was their solution:
We can offer the following options:

1 Return the items and we refund product cost $22.11 to your sammy wallet or paypal.
2 Keep the items, return $4.5 to your paypal.
3 Keep the items, return $6.7 to sammy wallet.

I responded with send me a return shipping label including insurance and I would return the items and they refund my $47.48.

They advised they would not refund the shipping since it was already paid to the shipping company.

I responded I was sorry but it was a sammydress error for posting the wrong size and sending product that in no way was even close to the size advertised.

To make a long story short through a number of communications they refused to issue a shipping label or refund my money.

I finally called paypal and made a dispute. That took about a week and finally Paypal said the resolution was I send back the product at my expense and SammyDress would refund my $47.48.

I called Paypal again and told them I certainly was not going to pay further for a SammyDress blatant error which would have been another $25 for merchandise that did not even come close to fitting.

Paypal told me to keep the product or give it away and they would refund my money.

So if you are lucky you might get product that fits. Clearly someone does not know how to use a tape measure. We realized the boots were measured from the sole end to end and not from the inside of the boot. How they measured the tops so wrong escapes me.

Their solutions to a problem are totally unexceptionable which is unfortunate because the product that I received was well made, the fabric was nice and the style outstanding. However out of 11 items purchased only 4 items were the size they advertised and 2 of the tops that did fit faded black onto the white print making the tops black and gray ... both washed in cold water.
