my stove of one year and two months old caught fire after setting to self cleaning oven settingcontacted Samsung they send a representative to check out the stove they deemed it manufacture defect in the computer the fire marshal also confirmed that it was the stove that caught the fire nothing that we did after months of Samsung telling me that they're going to take care of everything they replace the stove and microwave admitted to the guilt submitted it to their insurance company ironically Samsung Marine fire insurance companyafter a month and a half of going back and forth with them sending documents pictures prove that the fire was caused by then they told me my stove was sent to Korea for inspection to see if it was there part or another manufacturer as part in the meantime telling me all along that they're going to take care of the problem the stuff came back yesterday and they're telling me that we left a pot on the stove and that's what caused the fire basically calling us liars I went online and found that there were multiple people with the same problem please help us all in retrieving the monies that are due to me thank you
