Samuel Shtark is a scam artist. He takes advantage of people and every situation he can. He can not be trusted in business and from what im told he also uses people for personal gain in personal situations. DO NOT go into business with him. He will take it from you.
He will steal and lie to you. He will come up with an excuse why stealing from you or taking your business is okay for him to do. He is not a rational thinking person and suffers what appears to be a delutional mind. He is being sued in court in Los Angels for Fraud. I trusted him. And he stole a business of mine that I had for over 4 years before I ever met him.
I knew for only 1 months before going into business. And i did not do my research. Within 30 days of working with him he took the business, changed the locks, made side deals to take my lease illegally. NEVER TRUST. I warn you to save you money, time, time and most importantly the heartache that follows.
