Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The center in the last 14 months has gone from a progressive non profit organization for the LGBTQ community to a dirty filthy place.
Front desk gives out personal information about other client, phone number, addresses, hiv status and if they are transgender. They say they do not have to follow HIPAA procedures and guidelines. The staff let's people bring in unchecked bags, backpacks, etc.
The gender neutral bathrooms are being dominated by cis men who are rude to the trans people. CEO is a lawyer yet she doesn't uphold federal guidelines for funding.
Unsafe to all LGBTQ people and it needs a total turn about.
