This workers of this place must ashamed of themselves. I paid for the marker for my beloved pets (Kimy, Jake, Tara, and Lani) and I was told by Abbe that the money was spent and my marker never was done. Disgusting!
The check was written on 01 02 2018 as today 04 30 2018 it is not done, one lie after the other. I have contacted every single employee (Christine Critchley - General Manager, Colleen McGuire, Chris, Abbe) in this place for help. Ignored again and again. I have my doubts that my pets grave even exist. I am going to file a complaint with BBB and ripoff too. This is the worst nightmare that any pet owner has to go through being taken advantage by people without scrupulous.
