Sands Chevrolet Lied, false promises, not following through, cheat consumers Glendale Arizona

The sales rep, "manager" and I made an agreement and signed on a new camaro. came back next day to close as they had to pick up the car from a sister store. Came back next day to find out they altered the paperwork for the payment amount. When I questioned it I was told I was wrong and that's not what we talked about. Then I pulled out the sheet we had the numbera written down with my signature because the idiots but put the paper in the sleeve after trying to be shady. i was then told well we can't do it for the price and it's a good deal so I can take it or leave it. The only reason why I purchased the car is because another sales rep calmed me down and flat out called the "manager" a lying piece of s**t. I traded a car in which I am now on day 30 and no payoff has been made. i have been dealing with them for 2 weeks trying to find out what going on and finally got a hold of "accounting". I was told that basically they forgot to pay my car off because they got a new computer system. I was then promised the payoff check would be over nighted and the tracking number along with payoff details would be emailed to me, surprise surprise I have received no email and the only person that can help me in their entire company is on vacation until next week. It is just lie after lie, false promises, and slimy sales activities taking place.  I was also promised other things to to make up for what I went through that never happened. So I would like to warn all consumers to not purchase a car from them.
