Santa Rosa Auto Body Santa Rosa Auto Body, A Shoddy Company Deserves an Honest Review Santa Rosa California

I took my car to Santa Rosa Auto Body last month for a few minor repairs to the reared as well as the front bumper. I cannot state enough and to as many people as probably need to hear but, never take your car to Santa Rosa Auto Body!! They messed my car up horribly and then to add insult to injury, they charged me over $2000 more than what they told me the repairs were going to cost. I work very hard for the money6 I have and I don't have money to waste. I was led to believe by the manager of this shop that his employees knew what they were doing and could have my car looking great as soon as they were able to complete the work it needed. Not only does it not look great, but the bumper they installed on the front of the car is not even the right bumper at all. They swear that it is but I know it is not because it is not even bolted using the same bolt holes as the other one. Oddly enough, they seem to have "discarded" the old bumper that was rusted so I cannot even show them personally that the bumpers do not match. I am sure the old bumper was scrapped by them as soon as they realized they had messed up and done such a poor job. I have never had issues like this out of other auto body shops and I can guarantee that I'll never set foot back in that shop again. Unless of course, they want to give me my money back that they forced me to pay so they would not basically hold my car as ransom! This auto body shop has very low standards and they do the worst work I have ever seen. I wish I had known this before I left me car with them and "agreed" on a price that they knew they would change after they made the agreement. Watch out for this place if you ever need body work done in Santa Rosa! They deserve this bad review because they failed miserably at showing any human decency with any of the work they did on my car.
