This number keeps calling me and leaving messages saying it is the Civil Division and that I need to contact them to avoid further action. I also got a letter in the mail from them. I answered the phone once and they said they are with a debt collection service collecting on a payday loan that I have that is outstanding, which is completely false. I was the victim of a ruthless scam involving payday loan several years ago and immediately identified that this was a scam. They are still calling.
