I purchased two kits from www.thewitchstore.com, which were pricey and received poor quality and incomplete kits (missing instructions and items). On their website they claim they give a 60 day return policy, which they never honored.

I never used the items and I first tried several times calling "Sarra Black" or a live person at the company using the phone# they provided on their website to explain the situation and find out if I needed to return the items in any special manner, and never got through no matter what time I called. No one ever picks up and it always goes straight to voicemail where you hear this phoney English accent with "Sarra Black's" voice on it. I should've suspected something then.

I then contacted her via email, and finally after several days I received a response from "Miss Black" saying I could return the items with no problem. I returned the unused items with delivery confirmation, and after several weeks of waiting, I never got a refund and I tried once again calling and leaving messages and emailing "Miss Black," and no one ever responded.

I had to go through Paypal and my bank to get my money back, and of course, neither were able to get ahold of anyone at the provided number.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE OR SARRA BLACK!! SHE IS FRAUDULENT AND SO IS HER COMPANY!!

NO ONE WORKS THERE OR EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY DESPITE THEIR "60 DAY REFUND POLICY."

YOU Should've Refunded My Money If You Were Legit

AUTHOR: Elise - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 07, 2010

Paypal and my bank are NOT the ones at fault here...YOU are! I already explained why Paypal was unable to refund me money. However, I should not have had to go through Paypal or my bank in the first place to have my money refunded if YOU were legit and you honored your 60 day return policy. I returned your items unused well within that time frame and you did not return my money or respond to any of my voicemails or emails or to Paypal's request or my bank.

If YOU Were Legit, You Would've Refunded My Money

AUTHOR: Elise - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 07, 2010

The problem is not Paypal or the bank...the problem is YOU. I already described the situation and why Paypal was unable to refund my money. YOU should've been the person to do that on your own and honored your 60 day return policy. I had returned your items unused well within the time period. Paypal is not at fault...you are.

Is this Elise, Alisha or (((REDACTED)))

AUTHOR: Sarra Black - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, September 16, 2009

Is this report filed by (((REDACTED))),(((REDACTED))), United States ?!?!  If so, your order is 1218 and not the numbers quoted in your emails!  Also if you are not going to use your real name and actual order number, HOW CAN I KNOW WHO YOU ARE!  Come On!

BTW, Your address is Oakland and not Colorado or San Fran

Al little help from you would have been appreciated.  BTW, Paypal will always refund legitimate claims.  Try filing a legitimate claim and you will receive the results you wish for.

Sarra Black YOU Are Fake/Fraudulent

AUTHOR: Alicia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, September 14, 2009

Your response makes no sense and doesn't add up.

First of all, if my report was so fake, you wouldn't have felt the need to respond and defend yourself THREE times claiming the same things.

Second of all, if I were fake and my posting were fake, you wouldn't have been able to look up the transaction and see that my account and purchase at all! So, you obviously recognize the transaction.

Third of all, my money was refunded due to my having to call my bank--NOT because of YOU!! You DIDN'T honor your 60-day refund policy like your website claims, and I had returned the unused items to you back in March!!

Since this has occured, my bank and Paypal have tried several times contacting since I tried contacting you both at your email and your phone# for at least a few weeks back in late May BEFORE filing a claim against you and having to call my bank because Paypal could no longer take the claim because I had apparently waited just over their 45 day claim file policy.

I find it rather suspect and funny that you can now suddenly take the time to respond to my report out of the all the times I've tried contacting you, Paypal has tried contacting you, and my bank has tried contacting you. You couldn't respond to my calls and voicemails and emails when I was requesting my refund, or when Paypal calling you to verify information, but you're suddenly able to respond to my supposedly "fake" report.

You're suspect and fraudulent. I will NEVER do business with your website again and I hope others don't as well.

PROOF THAT THIS IS NOT A FAKE POSTING

AUTHOR: Alicia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, September 13, 2009

Excuse you, "Sarra"....my posting and report are hardly fake and neither am I. I have proof, which I will post that I contacted you at your email a few times, along with the ONE time you actually responded to my email. No one at your so-called establishment ever picks up the phone. I called the phone# provided on your site several times, and I even left messages at the (740) 936-3430.  The bank and Paypal have tried contacting you as well, and no one at your establishment has ever responded either. Here are copies of my e-mails I sent to you at your given address to refresh your memory: Good afternoon Sara, I've left messages with your voicemail and to your email quite a few times with no response or call back to my return. I returned these items unused to your store, and they were received March 2, 2009 per your request that I return them, and you guarantee a 60 day return policy, however I've not received a response or refund to my return. If I do not hear back from someone with a response and I don't receive my refund, then I will have a website created linking your store on the search engines letting other customers know not to do business with you as you do not honor your refund policies nor do ----- Original Message ----- From:  sarra@sarrablack.com Sent: 02/11/09 11:42 am To: AB Subject: RE: Problem With Order# 1812   No, just send it back with your name and order on it. We'll look for it. Sincerely, Sarra Black Sarra@SarraBlack.com www.TheWitchStore.com www.AurraStore.com -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Problem With Order# 1812 From: "AB" (((Redacted))) Date: Wed, February 11, 2009 2:00 pm To:  info@AurraStore.com Good afternoon, I've left a couple of messages regarding an order I received a few days ago, however I haven't received any response, so I'm emailing someone in hopes of receiving an acknowledgement of my situation. I received my order a few days ago, however I'm missing a candle that was to be included with the love spell, and a few other items which are missing from the break-up spell. Also, there seems to be some missing words from one of the spells and/or the spells don't match the items given. I would like to return my order and would like to know if anything special needs to be done other than sending it back. I have not used any of the items. Sincerely, Elise

A sad state of affairs this is

AUTHOR: Sarra Black - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 11, 2009

This is all new to me.  I am willing to to refund anyone at any time and have the strong backing of consumer and business organizations to prove it.  Online processing with Authentic SSL is not just handed out to anyone...You have to have one heck of a track record.  And Elise...I just checked...your money was refunded.

Other Probable reasons:
1) Another disgruntled witch.
2) A religious zealot who hates any religion other than there own.
3) A worker bee for this site, that if you read more into it, seems to be driven by a bunch of attorneys that like to data mine cases and file frivolous suits to feed their greed.  Everything about this site is how to contact and attorney or "The legal team".   "We'll fight for your rights".

I am really upset and have another spell to cast tonight and I assure you it will be a good one...put on your seat belt.
