I saw an ad on Facebook for the trial of the product and decided to give it a try. I suspected it might be a membership type of program so as a result I looked at every tab to see if there was a section that stated there would be fees or membership required. I never received an order email confirmation which seemed odd for something that is ordered online. When the product came, I looked for an invoice for an account number or something that would indicate that an account was set up which would set off a red flag to cancel any type of membership.

I am very disapointed that I looked for signs that this could have some subsequent fees, but I did not see them. I am also frustrated that that the costs were ridiculous at $90 and $10 per bottle - which were only about an ounce of product.

I was able to cancel easily and did receive an email confirmation, but unfortunately there is no way to recover the $190 mistake that I paid. I will not ever buy anything off of a Facebook link again.
