We share this information to make the public aware of aspiring Writer - Producer - Actress of the film "Twice the Dream." Savannah created fraud on the imdb. She stated that her budget was $4000,000. She's listing talent that are not signed nor have been secured to play these  roles. Savannah's been misleading everyone she comes in contact with (on her script) and is very convincing. Savannah plays the damsel in distress and blames others. She has mastered the art of playing the victim and than manipulates others to defend her. She has used several producer types to get what she can out ot them, thereafter, moves on to her next prey. She has no remourse for her behavior and will keep using others until she's stopped. Savannah is the textbook definition of passive aggressive. Please avoid this con artist at all cost. She has written checks to various crew and turned right around and stopped payment on them. Savannah is a victim of her own circumstance and needs to be shut down. Savannah is the reason why this industry has such a bad reputation!

#2 UPDATE Employee ..inside information

This report is a hoax from Scott Dee Price

AUTHOR: Annonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, April 18, 2015

If Savannah won't stick up for herself, I will. I have been a lifelong friend and colleague of Savannah Ostler, and I can attest to her character. She is honest, talented, hard working, driven, and extremely compassionate. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to empathize with others. In this case, that strength worked against her.

This bogus claim was filed by a man named Scott Robertson Price, legally known as Scott Dee Price. This individual has a personal vendetta against her, and I am here to let you know why.

All of these claims posted against her are so false, that it is nearly laughable. Savannah paid everyone who ever worked for her on the project, not a single crew member did not get paid. The "Savannah wrote bad checks" claim is absolutely false, ask any crew member on the film, and they will tell you that they were paid as promised, when promised. The "listing on imdb as $400,000 is so deceitful" bit is absolutely absurd. Imdb is in no way accurate. If there's something wrong with padding the budget on feature films on imdb, then I guess every filmmaker would be doing wrong, because everyone pads it. Same goes for listing cast, but in this case they were attached so that point is invalid. Honestly, this report Scott filed is super vague, because he really has no case. "Damsel in distress?" Give me a break. "She plays the victim" does have merit, I'll give him that much, because Savannah did more than "play" the victim in this situation... she was the victim.

So here's the skinny. I am a personal friend and co-worker, and I saw the events that transpired with her film Twice The Dream last year. I witnessed things firsthand from the beginning. For those who don't know her, Savannah first started writing the story of Twice the Dream at the tender age of 14. She has been rewriting and pursuing the project for 11 years now, which just goes to show how dedicated and determined she is. Those who know her all are well aware of how much the project means to her. It really is her "baby", so to speak.

Being the take charge kind of person that she is, she decided to take matters of getting the film finally made into her own hands. She was able to raise a bit of money early 2014 (Peanuts as far as film budgets go, but enough to shoot it) and then planned to begin principal photography in the summer of 2014. She began the process of pre-production, which included location scouting, casting, and hiring the crew. This is when Savannah hired Scott Robertson Price, the person who filed this hoax of a report on her.

While Savannah is extremely intelligent and honest with all of her dealings, she is slightly green to the production side of filmmaking. This was her first film, but she knew that she had it in her to tackle the project, and with the help of her many friends and supporters, see her dream come to life. I personally believe that it was the fact that she was new to filmmaking that Scott found irresistable. He knew that she was young and hungry, and he knew that she would do just about anything to make her lifelong dream come true.

That's when Savannah made the biggest mistake of her career. Scott responded to an ad she sent out to potential crew members, and that's when he pursued her. He was good, he talked the talk and convinced her that he was an honest, hard working individual that just wanted to help her out. That couldn't have possibly been further from the truth.

-Savannah hired Scott Robertson Price to be the 1st AD on the film. Scott then used his manipulative ways and convinced her to also hire him as the line producer. Savannah jumped at the chance, because hiring a line producer would mean that she would not have to break down the budget and schedule herself.

-Savannah paid Scott an initial $1,000 for the schedule and budget breakdown.

-Scott convinced Savannah that the film needed more money, and he would be able to raise additional funds. Savannah believed him and promoted him as her producing partner.

-This is where things start not making sense. Savannah hired Scott in May, and Scott spent the entire months of June and July "raising the additional funds"... at least that's what he told Savannah. What she did not know was that he was using her own script to attract families to write Scott personal checks in order for their daughters to have a role in the film. I know from the inside that these families wrote checks for up to $7,000, wrote them personally out to Scott, and he went right back and put that money in his own bank account, went to the bar, used it for groceries, etc. The reason I know this is because it was confirmed by his ex-wife.(Who was still married to him at that time)

-Still naive about the situation, Scott manipulated her into sending him $2,000 here, $3,000, and $3,000 directly to him, her producing partner. He claimed that this money was to be used for the film's "production slush account". His ex-wife confirmed that Scott lied to her and told her that these were his paychecks, and he went out and blew more money at the bar, expensive trips, etc.

What made Savannah finally realize that she was being scammed by none other than her producing partner? It was when he tried to manipulate her into believing that she had given the rights to her script to him, and that no one else wanted her on the project anymore.

Savannah may be naive, but she's not stupid. She knew with absolute certainty that she never gave the rights away to her script. Why would she do such a thing when the story is priceless to her? She called Scott out on it, saying "No you don't, we never signed anything. I would never do that." The only response that Scott could get out was yelling "Savannah, don't piss me off."He tried to convince her that she had written him a check for $1, and handed the script over to him. Are you kidding? First of all, the writer does not pay a producer to option his or her script. Anyone who knows even a little about the industry knows that.  (I know the events that transpired here because Savannah has the audio recording. It was truly sickening to hear. Scott was pressuring her and trying to manipulate her over and over again, while being drunk at the same time.)

After this meeting, Savannah started to do some digging. She went through all of the checks and all of the paypal transactions that she had with Scott, and she noticed something that didn't look quite right. Scott's paypal name was "Scott Dee Price", but he went by a different name, Scott Robertson Price.

One search on google of Scott Dee Price was all it took. Savannah discovered the multiple mugshots of him online, that are public domain.

Here are just a few for examples, there are more. It's no wonder why Scott uses his alias name "Scott Robertson Price" instead of his legal name...

http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Utah/Weber-County-UT/Scott-Dee-Price.82301061.html

That's when Savannah made the decision to fire Scott from the film. After the $14,000 that he milked from Savannah that he personally pocketed, after the money he also pocketed by scamming the multiple families in the film's name, there is truly no wonder why Scott was so upset that he was fired by Savannah. He had lost his "meal ticket". This is why he filed this false report on her, he was so outraged that she had discovered that he was conning her. Not only her, but everyone else as well, because that's when the families came to light as well. Scott was on his own, and that went under his skin. He would do anything to try to "get back" at Savannah, since in his eyes, she was the sole purpose of why his fraudulent income suddenly disappeard. He was so desperate, that he had the nerve to file a ridiculous, hoax of a claim here on Ripoff report and try to pass it as truth.

First of all, Scott was technically the "employee" of Savannah and S & S Productions, not the other way around. Anyone who knows how this site works knows that employees do not file rip off reports against the people who hired them, it is the other way around. Scott never paid Savannah a dime. Scott milked $14,00 from her, and was planning on milking more. He never did anything for the film. That budget breakdown and schedule breakdown that the line producer is supposed to do? He never did it, and he had three and a half months. What Scott did was fraud, and he knows it.

After confirming with his ex-wife, Savannah has learned even more disturbing information of the character. He has been diagnosed with bipolar, personality disorder, pathological lying disorder, anti-social disorder, and narcisstic personality disorder,(NPD). Now looking back at this claim with this new knowledge makes everything clear. Scott wasn't talking about Savannah's behaivor in this report, but rather his own. To add to the list, he is also an alcoholic.

Savannah is a truly remarkable, kind hearted, and driven young woman who was the victim of the connings of Scott Dee Price. If you need, check with anyone who has worked with her in the past and they will all give you positive remarks, guaranteed.

A Slander Against Ms. Ostler

AUTHOR: anonymous - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, August 06, 2014

As one who has witnessed firsthand the events that took place on the film “ Twice the Dream”, I can, without hesitation, say that this report is erroneous, slanderous and specifically designed to ruin Ms. Ostler’s good name for the sake of a vendetta by a former producer of the film who manipulated investors and crewmembers for his own benefit.

Ms. Ostler has acted with honesty and integrity from day one while the producer in question acted in such a way to tell Ms. Ostler one thing and then tell investors and crewmembers another thing.  Since the producer’s departure, she has been nothing but honest and upfront to everyone.  She has provided us all with evidence to show the fraud that this producer perpetrated.  She has been open with us about where money has gone and what has happened.

She has provided a recording of one of the last times they spoke which shows that the producer did not have the rights and was trying to manipulate her to proceed with an undesirable course of action while heavily implying that she would face litigation if she did not proceed despite no contracts being signed.

I cannot believe that someone who is that open and transparent could possibly be a con artist and I would question anyone who would try to smear a woman in her early 20’s who’s of no consequence in the industry and who’s just starting her career.
