Our company was contacted by Ms. Petra Schubert offering top of the line, modern packaging systems. As we are trying to expand, we decided it would be a good investment to make. Ms Petra Schubert and our company officials had come to an agreement on 3 new packaging systems worth an astonishing 3 million Euros. Part of the deal was 5 year warranty, servicing and 6 months of training for our staff. This also included installation of all the system in our facilities. 

After our payment was made, the shipment was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks and be installed by the end of week 4. 3 weeks went by and we had not heard from anybody from Schubert Packaging and when we tried to call them, nobody we had been dealing with was available. 6 weeks went by and we were trying to contact Ms. Schubert every day until 3 months since we made the payment went by. We received our packaging systems but nobody was there to install it. When we called Schubert Packaging and were finally able to talk to somebody of importance, they denied ever offering any type of installation service to anybody. Our company hired professionals to install the systems and train our staff on how to use them and that cost us another large chunk. We were told that servicing needs to be done every 6 months so when 6 months went by we called Schubert Packaging to get our free servicing, they denied ever offering that service. I told them Ms. Petra Schubert had promised us installation, training, and 5 years of servicing and warranty and they told me that was not their problem and rudely hung up the phone on me. I recommend people stay away from Schubert Packaging as much as they can as they are just trouble and headaches and fake promises.
