In November, 2016 I ordered two of the remote control inflatable fish from Hobby Discount online for Christmas gifts. My VISA was charged $79.90 for these items which I have never received. In January, 2017 I contacted them and was told they were still being shipped. I told them I would like a refund since Christmas was over but they didn't respond to that and I not received a refund.

 I contacted my VISA and they said that the merchant is disputing my claim but they still have 30 days to respond. Not sure what that means but what recourse do I have now? These folks re obviously crooks.

I spoke to Chris at Score Discount and he said that they are sister companies.
