I know better, I really do but I needed my credit score and report. Finally found a house to rent after foreclosure. Not having rented a house for more than 20 years I needed to get a credit report.  If I had read the word "monthly" or "enroll" I would have said no thanks. The only reason I chose scoresense was the cost, $1.00/one dollar for the report. I did not recieve any type of notification that $29.95 would be deducted from my bank account every month, if I had I would have cancelled immediately. As it was I had no idea I was enrolled in anything, let alone cancelling it.

On September 30 2013 I called the number on my bank statement and spoke to 'Monica', I told her I did not authorize scoresense to deduct $29.95 from my bank account every month. According to my bank statement  $29.95 was deducted on August 27, 2013 and on September 27, 2013. I told her to delete my credit card number and I would like a refund of $59.90. She is a very persuasive sales person and she tried her best to talk me out of it. She gave me a cancellation confirmation number and said I would be recieving an email as to whether or not my refund request was approved.  Funny how their attitude changes when you hold your ground and keep saying no. They go from friendly and bubbly to iceberg cold and flat.

I called again on October 3, 2013, this time I spoke to Hector.  "Where are you located, Hector?" I asked.  "Texas" he says. His accent reminded of that commercial, I can't remember who it's for but there's on guy at a desk in what looks like a "call center" in Siberia. He says his name is Peggy in a heavy Russian accent. So I ask Hector what's going on with my request. After a few minutes he tells me it was denied because I requested it after the billing date. Baloney!!!! I told him to put the request again. He said it would be a couple of more days. Fine, I've already waited 2 days.

I recieved an email in my spam folder from scoresense.com all it said was membership Id  cancellation and refund incident #131004-000028.  Actually I recieved 4 emails the same day and they all said the same thing.

I know what they're doing. They are going to give me the run around until I get sick of dealing with them, and they hope I will just go away.

Guess what scoresense, I'm not going away. How dare you dip into my bank account.

I want my money back and from the look of the reports on this website you give everybody the same stupid line. You expect me to fall for that "billing date" excuse. How could i possibly know the billing date when I never signed up for your monthly service?  I just want my money back.

This actually an answer to Scoresense rebuttal, I just didn't know where else to put it. So I got the same answer every body else does. Call this number, blah blah blah. So I called today and spoke to Gary, told him my story all over again. Told him I wanted a refund for $59.90, why did I only receive one for $29.95 and why does it take mere seconds to remove my money yet I have to wait days for it to be put  back?  He says "Oh, you know a refund always takes more time than a sale." Okay, forget it Gary. He's looking and says I see here another refund was issued on the 10th" I told him he was full of it, then why hasn't it posted to my bank? I asked for a confirmation or transaction number, so he put me on hold.  A very long time later he comes back and says "I apologize, the refund was not issued on the 10th it was done today, the 14th."

No S**t, Sherlock, how about that! I told him I better see it on my bank statement tomorrow or I'm calling the cops.  How do these people get away with it, is it only because dodo's like me actually give them my credit card number?
