scoresense took unauthorized charge of 29.95 out of jpint checking account and wont let me cancel because husband name is on debit card. dallas(internet), Texas

my husband i check his credit on scoresense for 1.00 (that was to get started).  we intered info.  never received no welcome e-mail or anything.  never said that they were gonna charge 29.95 a month.  they took out 29.95 on 1-4-13 off our joint debit card. he put his name down.  i called to cancel membership because this was not authorized.  they wouldnt cancel membership because my husband had his name listed on the card.  any one with common sense knows that you cant put both names down.  i fought her tooth and nail over the phone.  no help at all.  my husband is an otr truck driver and only home for a few days a month.  he has no cell phone i take care of everything.  i want my money back into my account.  now am gonna have to call bank to close account or stop them from taking money out of our account.  this has to be stopped.  they are unprofessional  and wont help you at all. joint account is joint with both parties on it.  can anyone help get our money back. please.  never use them they are deciteful people out to cam and make a buck from desperate people.  am highly aggravited.
