During the on-site interview, Mr. Gostyla was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Gostyla expressed that they have no complaints since they are still in the process of testing the product, "the only thing that they are unsatisfied with is we are making them wait months or even a year to do business with us."

However, there are comments made against Mr. Gostyla. He stated the following, "no it was an arbitrary unsolicited attack against me personally tied to some house address. No company mentioned." Mr. Gostyla is confident in his company and the impact they are going to have on the world, "we have never had a complaint. In fact, we never had a medical complaint or any complaint whatsoever in fact what they are saying now is they are saying we are probably going to win the Nobel peace prize because we are going to save so many we actually saved 11 people's lives in the last 90 days. 11 people. Saved their lives."

I cannot remember who this person was and since there is no company associated with any side of the complaint it is hard to verify or validate. We tried to reach out but were unsuccessful. We implemented state of the art customer support solutions in all of our companies.

Scott Gostyla is legendary in Tampa for poor business practices and bankrupting numerous companies. He is not to be trusted and does not take responsibility for his actions. Google his name and you'll see newspaper and other reports of Fraud, Lies, Sexual Harassment, Drug Abuse, DUI, etc. He's facing multiple lawsuits, including those initiated by former partners. My company bought product from one of Gostyla's many failed businesses. Upon delivery, four of the first six units I checked were defective. I spent my own time to repair a few of them to fill orders. We then asked that Gostyla take the balance back and refund us. He ignored our phone calls and emails for six months. Ultimately, he agreed to take the defective product back and we hand delivered it to him. He promised to reimburse us, or give us different product of equal value. We never heard from him again. For another year and a half he ignored our calls and emails. Extremely rude, unprofessional and in bad faith! Then he went into hiding from his creditors. He moved, got an unlisted phone number, changed his email address, etc. I finally found his address and wrote a letter asking that he pay us the money due. Most people who owe money are apologetic, with lots of excuses, or they just ignore you. Scott Gostyla wrote a very insulting letter, stating that he would take no responsibility and would not pay us the money he clearly owed. In addition, he boasted about how well his new venture was coming, but still wasn't going to pay us back. If he did not intend to make this right, he should have never taken the product back. He now has our money and the product, which he may have sold to someone else or returned to the manufacture for credit or cash.
