I am pointing out that Donna Beth from Marketing Mavens, LLC used a fake name Steve from Los Angeles and basically slammed me because she could not deal with the Truth about her company after seeing the Agreement that was sent over to her.  She also has the wrong website for Cal Canna, Inc.-  the address is calcannainc.com.  It's frustrating because you can only write a rebuttal as Ripoff Report cannot take any infrmation down due to their policies and procedures/terms and conditions.

I'ts really easy for someone to post lies and negativity with a fake name or anonymously to try to ruin a reputation.  I am still waiting for a response!

This is my response to Donna Beth's outlandish report that I viewed online today August 23, 2018.  First off everyone needs to know I have never done business with this lady or her company or anyone she has ever been involved with.  No monies or any renumeration has ever changed hands or any business between myself or any compinies I own or have been involved in.  Her claims are fabricated and false.

Donna Beth the Managing Member for Market Mavens, LLC located at 909 3rd Ave.#8422 New York, NY 10150  put up an ad on Craigslist in New York that I answered around May 27th of 2018.  The company Market Mavens, LLC.is a start-up  filed in Wyoming on 04/30/2018 and she was looking for ways to help sell units in her partnership and claimed to be a VC and in the business for 40-years. I told her that I had a consulting company that could help her with providing resources i.e web development, social media marketing, newsletter development, domain name set up, click funnel page and deployment as well as consult on how to market correctly to her prospective investor base. We had a few good conversations until after she sent me the paperwork on her skin care company.

Once I received her material and reviewed it, I realized that it would be an incredible amount of work to help her without a big budget.  Her documentation and marketing materials were very inconsistent as well as her product product mockups and all web properties.  I asked her to send me samples as well as provide me details of her manufacturing facility so I could review and make an assessmant which she was unable to do.  After viewing the website I put together a Web Development & Marketing agreement for her company and basically said (in my opinion)  that her structure and company presence needed a ton of work.  after I sent the Agreement I received this email back from her-

"IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE BUT LYING ALWAYS PROVES YOU WRONG. WHEN YOU EXPIRE IN PRISON PLEASE ASK THEM TO WRITE ON YOUR TOMBSTONE YOUR "PAT" EXCUSE - 

          "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PERSON?"   I AM HAPPY TO SERVE MY COUNTRY. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOUR ATTEMPTS AT YOUR RIDICULOUS SET-UP WERE ALREADY HEARD BY THE GOVERNMENT. ALSO MANAGEMENT IS SPELLED AS I WROTE IT. CHANGE OF PIC AND TEXT HAVE NO CORRELATION.   MOST IMPORTANTLY, NO ONE IS SMART ENOUGH TO REMEMBER THEIR LIES. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS LISTEN TO YOU FOR 10 MINUTES AND I HAD YOU ON TAPE WITH 20 LIES!   GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR CASE - NOT!"  

This lady whom I've never met, I've never done business with and is the one soliciting the sale of Partnership Agreements went totally crazy on me on the phone as well as made several threats via email.  Again, I only sent her a Web Development & Marketing Agreement for services and basically told her that she needed help restructuring all of her web properties and documentation. She went crazy when I suggested that she change her AOL email address and to make samples available.   I have all the voicemails, documents, scripts and materials she sent to me for review as well as copies of the Web Development & Marketing Agreement that was sent to her.  Again, Donna Beth form Marketing Mavens, LLC and I have never done business or exchanged services for anything.  I have never lied to her about anything nor have I ever made any false claims. After I called Donna Beth out on a few things I would not take her call and I believe this is a retaliation against me for no reason.    

I want to point out a few things-  

1. I encourage everyone to google my name and go to my LinkedIn (3,600 followers) Facebook (1,200 friends) Instagram (8,200 followers) and review my 1 Ripoff Report (i was the person filing the report based on a database several years ago) the 2nd one I also responded to with no rebuttle afterwards.  

2. Donna Beth is nowhere to be found on the Internet- Marketing Mavens, LLC shows up on Linked but its a different company than the one registered in Wyoming.  No pictures, no social media profile, no bio, no resume, no background- absolutely nothing- the only thing the naturalandageless.com website says is that the thousands of customers (pretty good in a matter of a few months) and over 40-years of investmernt experience and business experience plus "how you can see a profit in a short period of time". you can go view the site at http://www.naturalandageless.com.   I made a choice not to work with this woman or company based on the information that was presented to me as well as her character. 

I am uploading all of the emails, documentation, projections, subscription agreement, welcome letter and she has some investment script that she also included.   In closing, I had only 2-3 calls and a few emails with this woman and if I receive any additional threats, voicemails, emails or contact, my attorney will take over.  I welcome any investigation from Donna Beth, Marketing Mavens, LLC, her attorney, natural and ageless or any company she represents.
